Earlier this month, 25 guests from businesses located in and around Rosehill enjoyed a sensational Greek feast prepared by the ladies of our R.A.B.I Cumbria committee, one of whom had broken toes and another had a broken shoulder, but in true Cumbrian style, they just get on with it!
The menu consisted of Greek canapes, stuffed vine leaves, three different types of moussaka, stuffed courgettes, home made icecream, Greek cheesecake, orange and lemon cake with pomegranate syrup and toasted almonds. Regional Manager, Georgina Lamb, knew her place was not in the kitchen so provided the Greek music!
Gergina would like to send enormous thanks to her wonderful committee who don’t let anything get in their way. Thanks also to Dodd and Co for hosting the night and providing the wine. The evening raised £500 for R.A.B.I.
