David Hewlett, chairman of R.A.B.I’s Gloucestershire committee retired from his post at their AGM in November.
During his five years in office, David has successfully built up a programme of events in the county including the ever popular summer farm walks which attract up to 200 people and take in some exceptional farms around the county.
The Gloucestershire committee have been recognised with two awards from R.A.B.I and contributed to a fundraising income of over £100,000.
We would like to extend our great thanks to David for his commitment and hard work over the past five years. David is succeeded in the role of chairman by former secretary Mary Wathen, a solicitor with HCR Law, pictured above right with David.
