The grain marketing business raised the money with a range of activities over the week. One director did a sponsored head shave, while a colleague completed a 22-mile sponsored walk.
The money raised will be split between R.A.B.I, the Addington Fund, the Farming Community Network, and RSABI. Farming Help provides a ‘one-stop shop’ so that people can gain access to the services offered by all four charities with just one call.
Frontier Agriculture is working alongside the Farming Help charities to raise awareness of mental health issues in agriculture as part of its Responsible Choice initiative.
Sharon Kennett, chair of the Responsible Choice steering group, said: “This initiative really struck a chord with our people and their support and engagement has been fantastic. Our Responsible Choice initiative is a long-term project and we’re looking forward to working with Farming Help in the months and years to come.”
