Anything planned for St George’s Day or the May Bank Holiday weekend?
Want to have fun, support British beef farmers and also raise funds for farmers in financial difficulty at the same time?
R.A.B.I is looking for individuals, groups and organisations to support Great British Beef Week 2016, from 23 April – 2 May, by holding or getting involved with fundraising events – the beefier the better!
Perhaps you could invite your friends around for a relaxed roast dinner, organise a St George’s Day steak and chips supper, or brave the weather and host a May Bank Holiday barbeque, collecting donations along the way?
Great British Beef Week is an annual campaign, organised by Ladies in Beef, a group of female beef farmers who care passionately about British beef.
The aim is to help promote and drive awareness of the quality and versatility of assured British beef, giving beef farmers and the industry a much-needed boost. We’re proud to be their chosen charity for the fourth year running.
Like to get involved? Email Suzy Deeley on firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01865 724931 to let us know your plans and request a fundraising pack.
If you aren’t able to hold your own event you can always come along to one of our organised events – you can find out all about what’s going on near you in our next post.
