An East Sussex breakfast has proved so popular it has had to be moved to a new, larger venue.
Gill and Brian Hesselgrave used to host the annual event at their farmhouse but this year moved to the local village hall to allow more supporters to attend. And they did in numbers!
235 breakfast were served over almost five hours by a magnificent team of 15 helpers at Hellingly Village Hall in East Sussex.
Guests enjoyed a variety of homemade produce including muesli with fruit compote, locally sourced eggs, bacon, sausages, tomatoes, mushrooms and potatoes, followed with freshly baked breads and homemade marmalade.
Mel Ellis from Barclays helped in the kitchen, plating up the orders, and also kindly provided match funding for the event. A huge thank you to everyone involved and supported the event.
