Two further fundraising Farmhouse Breakfast events have raised a total of £1,035 for R.A.B.I.
45 guests enjoyed a a full English at The Dog & Duck in Plucks Gutter, Canterbury, last week where breakfast and raffle sales totalled an impressive £681. A further breakfast at Eltham Valley Vineyard in Breach Barnham, Canterbury, raised £354.
Organiser Robert Pickard was pleased with how the event went. “A big thank you to Tony Warner and Trevor Bradley who managed to round so many people up and came with lots of raffle prizes. The management and staff at The Dog and Duck made us most welcome and served a wonderful breakfast. They are happy for us to come next year which is a great result to promote R.A.B.I in the area.”
These events are the latest in our Farmhouse Breakfast campaign which seeks to promote British farmers and local produce.
Many thanks to all of our supporters and to Robert for organising such successful events.
