Kramp UK have become strong supporters of R.A.B.I in 2016, and with this offered to open their doors to R.A.B.I friends and supporters.
A small group of attendees enjoyed a fascinating tour of Kramp’s distribution warehouse in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire. Any type of part you could imagine was housed here, along with toy tractors and Persil washing powder!
Kramp’s Marketing Manager, Richard Kendrick, presented a history of the Dutch-,based company and its strong roots in agriculture. Attendees also got the chance to hear about R.A.B.I’s activities in Bedfordshire from Regional Manager, Lucy Bellefontaine and Regional Welfare Officer, Sara Garner.
After the tour a sausage sandwich supper was served with crisps donated by Pipers. The raffle was drawn at the end of the evening to win £100 of Kramp clothing, with the winners being Guy and Nick Kiddy, father and son pig farmers from Gamlingay, pictured above.
Thank you to the team at Kramp for a very interesting and enjoyable evening which raised £115 for R.A.B.I.
