Fifty guests visited Lavender Fields near Alton in Hampshire for afternoon tea. The fundraiser brought in £1,000.
Third generation farmers Tim, Anne and Simon Butler have now been growing varieties of English lavender on the 24-acre site for 18 years.
This is the third year running that the Butlers have welcomed R.A.B.I guests and Tim took them on a tour of the beautiful wild flower fields before leading everyone back to a marquee for homemade cakes.
R.A.B.I Regional Manager for the South East, Sally Field, said: “It was a fantastic afternoon. The Hampshire committee worked hard to make the event so enjoyable and such a success.
“I especially want to thank Claire Ridout from MacDonald Oates, who supported this event for the third consecutive year. The money raised will make a big difference to those who really need our help.”
