Despite high winds and cold weather, supporters in Leicestershire turned out for the annual county clay shoot and raised £1,549.50.
The event was held at Bawdon Lodge in Loughborough, by kind permission of committee member Pat Bailey. Scott Shuckford won top gun, the top lady was Jane Norris, and Jason Brockett won the pool shoot.
Mary Maud, regional manager for the East Midlands, said: “R.A.B.I is lucky to have such dedicated supporters who brave the bad weather to raise funds. Last year we had snow, and this year provided a new challenge!
“I’d like to thank Farmers & Mercantile and Carter Jonas for all their support and all the local businesses who donated prizes for this event.”
