Supporters from Leicestershire competed in a golf tournament at Beedles Lake Golf Club and raised £1,365.
The golf club is situated in the centre of Wreake Valley with the River Wreake making its way through a number of the holes, adding an extra challenge. Teams of four gathered at the course to compete over the 18 holes for a shot at winning a hamper filled with prizes.
Rainbow International, a supplier of disaster recovery and specialist cleaning services, supported the event and their team won the contest.
Mary Martin, regional manager for the east midlands, said: “As well as Rainbow International, we had brilliant supporters for each hole on the course. I especially want to thank Sam Tingle from Ashby NFU who really helped organise the day. The £1,365 raised here will help those who are in financial need.”
