Supporters in Cheshire celebrated the start of a new farming year with a Plough Sunday service, which raised £350.
The congregation gathered at Reaseheath College in Nantwich. The service was conducted by Rev Anne Lawson, Vicar of the cross country parishes of Acton, Church Minshull, Worleston and Wettenhall.
Afterwards, attendees enjoyed soup donated by the college followed by cakes and tray bakes provided by members of the church and the R.A.B.I committee.
Georgina Lamb, regional manager for the North West, said: “This event has gone from strength to strength over the years and it was wonderful to see so many students in attendance. I’d like to thank Rev Anne Lawson for organising and running the service and principle Meredydd David for his ongoing support.”
