Ken Jackson, better known as one of the Singing Farmers, performed with his granddaughter and grandson’s girlfriend at Kilham Village Hall in East Yorkshire to raise around £800 for R.A.B.I. Pictured are the performers with friends and family.
The Singing Farmers have been performing in Yorkshire, County Durham and Cumbria for 10 years. They were brought together by Chris Berry in 1994, who said: “It was only meant to be for one year but it has mushroomed into an annual social event that everyone in the rural community looks forward to. The Singing Farmers have raised more than £100k for R.A.B.I since they started, a phenomenal achievement. The Singing Farmers are: Chris Berry, Phillip Holden, Ken Jackson, Lloyd Lockwood, Charles Marwood and Tony Richards.
Earlier this year, the band played their farewell concert in Skipton.
