In June, the Goodman family were kind enough to host a farm walk for supporters of R.A.B.I and members of Worcestershire NFU which raised £220.
The miserable weather didn’t not stop people venturing out and luckily the rain held off whilst the Goodmans showed guests around their farm in Great Witley, Worcestershire.
Around 50 NFU members and R.A.B.I. supporters turned out to see the family farm and hear about its development through the generations. We saw the famous goslings of various ages and some beautiful long horn cattle, followed by a supper of delicious asparagus from the farm, along with goose sandwiches and freshly baked scones.
Thanks to the Goodman family for hosting the event, running the farm tour and providing food and drinks for everyone. Thanks also to Luke Ryder and George Bostock of Worcestershire NFU for organising the event.
