RABI Free Summer Prize Draw 2025 – Terms and Conditions
- The Promotor of this prize draw is Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution (RABI), registered charity no. 208858.
- The draw is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are residents of either England or Wales and complete the questions in full including valid contact details. The draw is not open to employees or trustees of RABI, or their immediate families.
- To enter the draw, you must provide personal details and complete the questions. No purchase is necessary.
- All entries must be made by the entrant themselves and not on behalf of anyone else. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple submissions of the same contact details or from the same person, or entries by automated means or artificial intelligence tools will not result in additional entries to the draw.
- RABI accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by the Promotor.
- Entries must be submitted from 09:00 BST on the Opening Date (1st of May 2025) until 15:00 BST on the Closing Date (15th of September 2025). All Prize Draw entries received after the Closing Date will not be valid.
- Entries must be submitted via the following methods:
- By post. Postal entries are submitted by completing the approved competition flyer, sealing the flyer and popping it in either a Royal Mail post box or handing it back to a RABI member of staff/RABI volunteer on our show/event stands.
- By digital iPad at an event. Digital entries must use the approved form at an event with a RABI member of staff or volunteer present.
- By online form which you can find here.
- There are three prizes available:
- 1st Prize: £500 voucher towards a Farm Stay holiday
- 2nd Prize: £300 voucher towards a Farm Stay holiday
- 3rd Prize: £200 voucher towards a Farm Stay holiday
- The prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
- The vouchers are valid for 12 months at the point of issue. The vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of Farm Stay UK which will be issued to the winners along with their prize. Farm Stay UK is not a partner or sponsor of this prize draw and is not responsible for its administration.
- The winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process administered by RABI and under the supervision of an independent member of RABI’s staff. The draw will take place on 16/09/2025.
- Winners will be contacted within 24hrs of the draw by a RABI member of staff. Attempts to contact the winners will also be made via email and phone. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and RABI shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the promotor shall be entitled to select another winner.
- Winners may be asked to participate in publicity related to the prize draw. By accepting a prize, winners agree to RABI and Farm Stay using their name and / or photo for promotional purposes in print and online media. Participation is voluntary and will not affect your eligibility to receive a prize.
- By entering the competition, you agree that RABI may process your personal data for the purpose of administering the prize draw and contacting you with information about the charity and related promotions. You can opt out or change your contact preferences by contacting RABI.

- RABI does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.
- RABI does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to claiming their voucher are that of the prize winner.
- If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of RABI which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, RABI may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries, where required.
- All disputes or complaints relating to the draw should be referred to the Charity at info@rabi.org.uk. Please include the details of the Prize Draw, the Charity and the nature of your complaint and we will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt.
- Participants in the draw are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. RABI reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
