The Avon Valley YFC held a steam and vintage vehicle rally and raised over £1,200.
The rally took place at Lower Kingston Farm, near Ringwood and was the second event of its kind the club has organised.
The club gathered full sized, as well as miniature, steam traction engines, vintage tractors, stationary engines and other vintage vehicles from all over Dorset and Hampshire. One of the main attractions was a 1909 Stanley steam car, which had travelled up from Sandbanks in Poole (a journey of around 40 miles).
Many of the exhibitions belonged to former members of young farmers clubs who were happy to be part of the event.
The YFC ran a number of stalls including a tombola, cake sale, and skittles. In the evening, the club organised the bar whilst visitors were entertained by three bands from the Christchurch based Lighthouse Youth Project.
