Thirteen teams tested their knowledge at the annual Bedfordshire committee quiz night, held at the Millennium barn in Chicksands, and raised £2,921.
The quiz comprised six rounds and two picture rounds, with one set of questions on farming-related logos. It was a close competition, with the top three teams scoring within one point of each other. Tees Law came out on top with 96 points, followed by ‘Blown Away’ and Robinson & Hall.
A raffle was held during the night, with the number one prize being a children’s ride-on tractor, donated by Kramp. The Bedfordshire committee served homemade lasagne for supper and Pipers Crisps provided snacks. Thank you to Barclays Bank for its match-funding.
