Clun Valley YFC presented R.A.B.I with a cheque for £522 at their charity information evening.
This money was raised in December last year when members of the YFC spent two nights singing carols around the Clun Valley as part of their annual carol singing run.
Recently, the group organised an information evening to learn more about their two chosen charities: R.A.B.I and the Midlands Air Ambulance. Regional manager Kate Jones spoke on behalf of R.A.B.I, sharing stories about the work the charity does. At the end of the evening, both charities were presented with donations.
Kate said: “We’re grateful for the time and effort members of the Clun Valley YFC put in to raise this money. The support of groups like young farmers helps R.A.B.I to provide financial support across the farming sector.”
