Members of Diss Young Farmers’ Club have raised an impressive £3,930.23 for RABI over the past year, bringing their local community together through a series of fundraising events in support of farming people.
The fantastic total was achieved through a range of activities held between January and June, including an £820 donation from a local metal detecting club, £380 raised through Christmas carol singing, £2,080.23 from a charity race night, and £650 from a charity shoot.
The fundraising reflects the continued commitment of young farmers to supporting the wider farming community, while demonstrating the difference that local fundraising can make when people come together behind a shared cause.
RABI would like to thank everyone at Diss Young Farmers’ Club for their enthusiasm, hard work and dedication throughout the year. We would also like to thank everyone who attended events, donated, volunteered or supported the fundraising activities in any way.
The funds raised will help RABI continue providing practical, financial and emotional support to farming people across England and Wales, helping ensure farming people can access the support they need, when they need it.
