RABI was one of seven charities chosen to receive funds raised from the final Eastern Counties Vintage Show. The show ran was founded in 2012 by Roger Desborough and Graham Baldry and ran for 10 years, featuring exhibits of vintage lorries, tractors, classic cars, heavy horses and ring displays.
The final Eastern Counties Vintage Show was held at the Norfolk Showground in 2022, honouring Roger and his wife Fran after Roger passed away in 2021. After all accounts were settled, £18,000 remained to be split between RABI, East Anglian Air Ambulance, YANA, East Coast Truckers, Nelson’s Journey, East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices and the Sunshine Ladies.
