Frogmary Green Farm recently welcomed guests back to their famous Great British Beef Charity Supper. It’s the sixth year the event has been held and it raised their largest single-night charitable donation for RABI – an incredible £6,000!
The supper and auction were held in the farm’s custom-built wedding and event venue, The White Barn, on Friday 8 October 2021. This annual supper is the Frogmary team’s opportunity to give back to the local farming community by raising funds for RABI.
The meal was prepared by the fantastic chefs from The White Barn, and Farm and Field Café. The beef was carved by Matthew from Bonners of Ilminster and Robert Roswsell.
Tim Hayden was Master of Ceremonies, with Jeanette Dawson OBE representing RABI on the night. Neil Parish MP was guest speaker. Stokes Partners LLP have been the main sponsor since 2018 and were again this year, alongside many other sponsors and contributors too.
The donated auction lots included joints of beef, a day’s shooting and a two-night stay at Castle Leslie Estate, Monaghan Ireland. These fantastic lots were auctioned off by Justin Lowe.
Huge thanks to everyone who took part and especially to Frogmary Green Farm for their ongoing support.
