Gloucestershire RABI county committee held a harvest supper for over 80 guests on Saturday 2 October 2021 at Norton Village Hall, Gloucester.
This was the second time the supper was held as part of the committee’s fundraising calendar.
There was a spread of cold ham, beef, hot new potatoes, mixtures of salads, rolls and to finished off with plenty of fruit crumbles
Katherine Kear, the speaker for the evening, spoke about harvest customs.
There was plenty of raffle prizes donated, including signed Gloucester rugby shirts, a large hamper and horse racing tickets.
£1,909 was raised to support farming people.
