Since the launch of RABI ‘s online wellbeing platform in October, we look at how positively the service has been received.

As the farming community continues to face pressure from all angles, whether it be Brexit or bad weather, there has never been a more important time to rally together. RABI has long acknowledged the challenges many farming people face which is why we’ve developed this new initiative to support the sector.

Two months on, we are delighted to see that the service has been welcomed by industry organisations, businesses, the media and farmers.

    What the industry says

    New Layer

Across social media, we’ve had fantastic support from the industry helping us to spread the message of this new service.

    What our farmers say

Mental wellbeing is something which many people experience challenges with. We spoke to farming people across the country, and it was no surprise that everyone echoed the importance of looking after your own mental health, as well as others. Here’s what they had to say:

    How can you help?

We know that talking about mental health issues can be challenging, it’s a subject that is often avoided within our sector. However, with more and more people in the farming community experiencing wellbeing issues, this is an area that we need to tackle openly and honestly.

It’s all of our responsibility to make sure people are aware of the support that’s available, and we need everyone to get involved and spread the word!

By sharing content on social media, and telling people about services like these, you can help to ensure that no member of the farming community has to face these challenges alone. So, share your stories on social media, and let your network know that we’re here for them – don’t forget to tag us!
