Wired, a Huddersfield band, entertained an energetic crowd at Dumfries Farm in Denshaw, Oldham. More than 80 people crammed into the lambing shed, where the event took place, and raised £1,118 for R.A.B.I.
Ronnie and Karen Hackworth, along with daughter Jenny, run the farm. They transformed the lambing shed into a party hall ready for their guests, who danced long into the night. Haigh’s Farm Shop provided hot beef sandwiches for all the partygoers and Diane Chislett, mother of R.A.B.I regional manager Georgina Lamb, cooked brownies.
