Despite flooding and waterlogged farmland across the North West, Lancashire supporters still celebrated the harvest.
Myerscough College held a harvest service, lead by Rev Garry Whittaker, in the ‘Stumble Inn’ bar on campus. Floristry students decorated the bar and foundation students baked treats for after the service.
North West regional manager Georgina Lamb spoke to the 85 strong congregation about the work of R.A.B.I. Students from John Cross Primary School read thanksgiving prayers and sang harvest songs.
Thank you to Rev Whittaker, head of agriculture Craig Thompson and all the staff at Myerscough College who made the event possible.
