Three artists have submitted their work to feature in Lister Wilder’s 2020 calendar. A selection of the images will then be auctioned off, including an original oil painting by Gail Davis, to raise funds for R.A.B.I.
‘Celebrating the British Countryside’ was the theme for the calendar at the artists have interpreted this through a variety of mediums, including watercolour and linocut.
Ian Nutt, managing director of Lister Wilder, said: “Celebrating the British countryside sits at the heart of our business and working with local talent to create something bigger and better for us all remains high on our agenda. Likewise, giving back to those who need it most, especially at this time of year.”
Richard Gore, Berkshire committee chairman, added: “We’re delighted that Lister Wilder chose us to be their preferred charity of choice in this exciting and new fundraising initiative.
“They’ve raised funds for R.A.B.I at several events they’ve attended across the year and it’s great to see us end 2019 with something we’ve never done before. On behalf of the charity, and our local community, we’re hoping it will be a great success.”
The auction goes live on Sunday, December 1. To make a bid, visit the auction website.
