The priority at Manson House and Beaufort House is the welfare of residents and all possible measures are being taken to ensure people stay safe and well.
In line with the measures being adopted across most other care homes, access is currently restricted to staff and other essential visits such as those from medical personnel. The teams at both homes are doing all they can to continue to provide excellent care, but also to ensure that residents are able to stay in touch with family via other means. Please telephone the home directly to check on loved ones or for further information and updates relating to patient care.
Set in the historic market town of Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk in lovely grounds, Manson House is a Grade II* listed building in a residential area with shops and other amenities just a short walk away. It has recently undergone a major £6 million renovation and modernisation project – the biggest project R.A.B.I has been involved with. Equipped to the highest standards, the new home has 31 ensuite residential rooms, including some for couples and 23 self-contained apartments.
Carole Smith, Head of Home
"We take great pride in the care we provide and work hard to respect and promote residents’ independence, dignity and choice. Residents are encouraged to lead active lives for as long as they are able - there is never a dull moment!"
