Pembrokeshire volunteers laid on Prosecco and strawberries & cream at the home of Jamie and Louise Adams to raise over £1,800.
The fundraiser at Keyston Farm, near Haverfordwest, brought in around 120 visitors.
At the Keyston Farm event Emily Davies, chair of the Pembrokeshire committee, gave a short talk about the charity’s work. Emily said: “I would like to thank Jamie and Louise for their generosity and kindness in inviting us to hold this event at their home. We had a wonderful afternoon and I’m delighted that so many people turned up to support us.”
Next up for the committee is a cheese & wine fundraiser at the Pembrokeshire County Show on Wednesday August 14, which is being hosted by NFU Cymru/NFU Mutual in their marquee.
