Penelope Bourdillon recently celebrated 60 years since moving to Llwyn Madoc Estate with her family and Brecon & Radnor county committee members.
Having arrived from London as a teenage bride, Penelope has gone on to embrace life in the region.
This special diamond anniversary was marked with a hog roast, bar, cake stall, plant stall, bottle stall, games for children, a falconry display, auction, and a lucky programme draw.
Approximately 200 people attended the event hosted at Llwyn Madoc Estate, Beulah, near Llanwrtyd Wells, Powys which was held on Bank Holiday Monday, August 2021. Approximately £3,500 was raised, thanks to Penelope, her family and friends.
