RABI Appoints Sandy Kapila as First Head of External Affairs

Farmers charity RABI has announced the appointment of Sandy Kapila as its new Head of External Affairs.

Sandy will join RABI in July, bringing with him a wealth of experience from a distinguished civil service career focused on agricultural policy, strategic communications and stakeholder engagement. Most recently, he served as Head of Ministerial, Parliamentary and Public Affairs at the Rural Payments Agency (RPA), where he played a central role in enhancing collaborative engagement and shaping public affairs strategy. Prior to this, Sandy held the role of Departmental Head of External Affairs and was instrumental in improving customer experience and ministerial engagement.
