RABI Committees across England participated in the annual celebration of British beef with dinners and lunches throughout the last week of April.

Festivities kicked off with Berkshire RABI’s annual beef dinner on Saturday 20 April, followed by Wiltshire RABI on April 23. Buckinghamshire RABI hosted their Pudding and Pie Night on April 24 and Gloucestershire rounded things up in the South Central region with their Beef Dinner on April 26. The four events welcomed over 150 guests altogether.

In North East England, Co Durham RABI held their Proper Sunday Lunch on April 28 to close out GBBW. 130 guests enjoyed a classic Sunday lunch, raffle and game of heads & tails to win a joint of beef.

All of the events had a fantastic community atmosphere and delicious food, celebrating the hard work of the British farmers who produce our naturally delicious British beef.

Thank you to all the committees for their hard work in putting these events on and participating in GBBW, with all proceeds also supporting the work of RABI within the farming community throughout England and Wales.
