Supporters in the West Midlands served refreshments in the NFU tent at the Staffordshire Show, raising £2,593.

Volunteers from Barclays Bank, The Co-operative Bank, and Stafford Knot Rotary joined in to serve the busy tent. Barclays added to the funds raised by match funding £1,000, bringing the total to £3,593.

Kate Jones, regional manager for the West Midlands, said: “I’d like to thank NFU West Midlands regional director Rob Newbery for providing this opportunity for R.A.B.I. The funds raised will make a real difference to farming individuals and families who are struggling financially.”
