Steve Hughson, chief executive of the Royal Welsh Agricultural Society, is geared up to cycle 103 miles around Pembrokeshire this Saturday.
Each year, Steve embarks on a new challenge to support charity. Last year, Steve and his assistant Aled Jones climbed nine Camarthenshire castles to raise money for their Feature County Fund. For 2019’s challenge, they have chosen to split donations between the fund and R.A.B.I.
Starting at 6am, Steve and 29 other brave supporters will ride from Crymych Fire Station to St David’s Cathedral, where they’ll delight the locals with their bell ringing. From there, the team will make their way to Abereiddi and dive into the famous Blue Lagoon, where Red Bull host the World Cliff Diving Championships.
After a day of hard work, the challenge will end at Crymych RFC where a party will be waiting for the team.
