We recently received a message of thanks from a Staffordshire farmer who we helped last year. Following a visit from one of our welfare officers, we paid £3,500 in grants to help him get back on his feet.
“Everything is good here with me. I’ve sorted all the farm to a manageable size so I’m not killing myself doing my work. I have paid off many debts so hopefully it’s going to be a good year after calving.
“I’m planning another walking adventure. I’m going to walk the Cleveland way; it’s only 100 miles and I shall take as long as I need. I’m looking forward to it.
“I’m really grateful for everything R.A.B.I has done for me. Not only did you get me through the worst part of my life, you saved my life. For this, I can’t thank you enough.
“R.A.B.I is a wonderful organisation which I hope to give back to in the near future.”
