Fundraising Roles

Regional Support Officer – East Central Region

Salary: £34,630

As part of RABI’s Service Delivery team, your main duties will be to provide high-quality information, advice and practical support to farming people across the East Central region. You will manage a diverse caseload, carry out holistic needs assessments, support grant applications, and work with partner organisations to help service users access the support they need. Through compassionate, person-centred casework, you will play a key role in helping farming people improve their wellbeing and resilience.

Philanthropy & Partnerships Coordinator

Salary: £30,000

As part of a growing and dynamic Fundraising team, your main duties will be to support the stewardship of high-value supporters including major donors, corporate partners, trusts and foundations, and legators, while coordinating fundraising activity across the Philanthropy & Partnerships Team. You will help develop pipelines, manage lower-level fundraising portfolios, support applications and reporting, maintain CRM records, and provide key administrative support to ensure an excellent supporter experience and effective delivery across the team.

Digital & Technology Lead

Salary: £40,000

As Digital & Technology Lead, you will help a mission-driven charity deliver high-quality practical, financial and emotional support to its community by ensuring colleagues can make effective, secure and confident use of modern technology. This is an opportunity to use your digital and technology expertise to create real social impact.

The role is strongly future-focused. You will help identify and shape new capabilities – including automation, AI-enabled tools and enhanced collaboration features – so that the organisation’s technology landscape continues to support its strategy and evolving services. You will also contribute to systems administration, user and licence management, cyber security practices and the maintenance of accurate technology records.
