Business Development

Research Coordinator

Salary: £32,965

Join RABI’s Business Development team and help shape a deeper understanding of the health and wellbeing challenges facing farming communities. Supporting a major research programme focused on healthcare access and inequalities experienced by farming people in England and Wales, you’ll work with research data, evidence reviews, surveys, interviews and stakeholder engagement to generate insights that inform future services and support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with research experience and strong analytical skills who is passionate about improving outcomes for farming people through evidence-based work.

Volunteering Development Lead

Salary: £35,000 – £38,000

As part of RABI’s Volunteering team, your main duties will include designing, developing and testing new volunteering opportunities that help engage more people in supporting farming communities. Working closely with colleagues, volunteers and external stakeholders, you will lead projects that create flexible, inclusive and impactful ways for people to volunteer, while supporting the growth and development of RABI’s volunteering programme.

Fundraising Roles

Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser

Salary: £34,000

As part of a growing and ambitious Fundraising team, your main duties will be to develop and manage relationships with corporate partners, helping to grow income and engagement across RABI’s corporate fundraising programme. You will support new business opportunities, steward existing partnerships, and deliver impactful fundraising initiatives, while working collaboratively across teams to ensure partners feel valued and understand the difference their support makes to farming people across England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Philanthropy & Partnerships Coordinator

Salary: £30,000

As part of a growing and dynamic Fundraising team, your main duties will be to support the stewardship of high-value supporters including major donors, corporate partners, trusts and foundations, and legators, while coordinating fundraising activity across the Philanthropy & Partnerships Team. You will help develop pipelines, manage lower-level fundraising portfolios, support applications and reporting, maintain CRM records, and provide key administrative support to ensure an excellent supporter experience and effective delivery across the team.

Salary: £40,000

As Digital & Technology Lead, you will help a mission-driven charity deliver high-quality practical, financial and emotional support to its community by ensuring colleagues can make effective, secure and confident use of modern technology.
